dc.description.abstractIn this third millennium, the world is undergoing a revolution where technologies are being introduced almost daily. And until now, paperless has been a long dream of every organization and individual, which never became a reality. This paper will unveil all available technologies covering the communication, storage device, and retrieval methodologies toward paperless activities. We will see in the perspective of the provider and end user. By understanding the point view of both parties, it will help when deciding or concluding the real future of the approached technologies. We also cannot run away with legal issue, so we will look into any factors which affect or demoralized this idea of paperless and green world.
