dc.description.abstract | The current issues in some development countries such as Iraq, Libya, etc., to use e-learning were highly addressed in terms of applying the suitable resources for such use. The effects of information technology resources on students thinking skills or ability in higher education were reported to be an essential aspect for unprepared students to use or engage with the available IT resources. In addition, there are many scholars addressed that online education and blended instruction can be as useful as traditional classroom models. Few studies have focused on learner satisfaction with online instruction, particularly in the transition to online learning from traditional approaches. Therefore, this study was established to shed the light on the current uses of IT resources for e-learning in different higher education institutions to develop students thinking which at the same time supports the development of their understanding. © 2013 IEEE. | |
