Throughout the globe, there are various types of sustainable assessment such as LEEDS, BREEAM, HK-BEAM and ENERGY Star. In Malaysia, Green Building Index (GBI) is the authorized agency who works on sustainable assessment. Different sustainable agencies provide different methods, have different documentation procedures and generate reports.
