dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between strategic leadership and organization performance in Jordan Industrial Estates Company. Self-administration questionnaire was used as a quantitative instrument to collect the data. The simple random sample of 30 employees from Jordan industrial estate company (JIEC) was the sample for this study. Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to determine the relationship between variables. The results of this study shows a positive relationship between strategic leadership and organization performanceen_US
