dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effects of eco- innovation on organization performance in Jordan. A questionnaire is used as a quantitative instrument to collect the data. The simple random sample of 381 employees from Jordan industrial estate corporation (JTEC) is the targeted sample for this study. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is employed to determine the relationship between the variables. The results of this study reveal if there is an influence of eco- innovation on organization performance and if the influence is positive.en_US
